How long does it take to process an order?

Orders will be shipped out the first Friday of every month. Pre-orders will be shipped out in the timeframe listed on the product at the point of purchase. Any changes to this date will result in a notification of delays or advanced timeline.

Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship in the U.S. (continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

How much is shipping?

On orders $100 and over, media mail is a $5 flat-rate fee. For orders below $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on USPS fees, distance, and shipping type. Book-only orders are shipped with media mail unless otherwise stated. You have the option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for an added fee. Orders that include non-book items are delivered through USPS Priority Mail at an additional cost.

If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable (incomplete address, incorrect address & information, unable to forward, or a no such number), a refund may be issued upon request, minus a $20 restocking fee. The returned order will not qualify for a refund if the contents of the returned package are damaged in any way. If you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email contact@parkershuntington as soon as possible. 

How are items packaged?

Purchases of 1-2 books are packaged in a padded envelope. Purchases of 3+ books or purchases that include non-book merchandise are packaged in boxes.

How long does the package take to arrive?

Shipping times vary based on your choice of shipping type and your location and distance from our Southern California base. For instance, a shipment to Moreno Valley, California may take 1-2 days after the order is processed, whereas a shipment to Puerto Rico could take two weeks or more after the order has processed (under media mail).
